Narunggaurna provides culturally safe clinical supervision through well developed person-centred therapy around the belief that the supervisee has the capacity to effectively resolve life problems without interpretation and direction from the supervisor Our person-centred supervision assumes that the supervisee has the resources to effectively develop as an effective employee/staff member, role model, cultural educator and support person and that the supervisor is not seen as an expert in this model, but rather serves as a “collaborator” with the supervisee.
